Frédéric Lenica

Frédéric Lenica joined Image 7 in 2025 as Executive Director. A member of the Council of State, where he held senior legal positions for more than ten years, he has held several strategic positions at the heart of the French government. He was Chief of Staff to Cécile Duflot, Minister of Housing, and then to Audrey Azoulay, Minister of Culture. He also served as Director General of Arcom, the French television and radio regulatory authority. From 2018 to 2024, he was Chief of Staff to Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris. In this capacity, he oversaw the preparation and organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Long involved in the world of sport, he was also a conciliator at the CNOSF (French National Olympic and Sports Committee) for many years. Frédéric Lenica is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). He is a former student of Science Po Paris and ENA (class of “Averroès”).
