Laurent Poinsot

Laurent has been a consultant at Image Sept since 2014, specialized in financial communication. He is advising top management and IR teams of French listed corporates on M&A, activism, debt restructuring, quarterly results and Capital Market Days. Previously, he has been a financial analyst for 20 years, involved in the IPOs of ASF, ADP, Gaz de France and EDF, then head of the equity research team of Cheuvreux (group Credit Agricole), finally asset manager. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering (Ecole Centrale de Paris) and is a member of the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts). He has been a professor of financial analysis in Paris Dauphine University since 2008 and is a speaker at the “IR fundamentals” education program launched by the CLIFF (French association of IR).

Image Sept has some 70 employees including over 40 consultants. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds (journalism, finance department, communication department, ministerial offices, etc.) and together cover all aspects of communication and institutional relations.
