Jules Lobry-Deblyck

Jules has joined Image Sept since January 2026, and assists clients with their public affairs and regulatory challenges in France and Europe. In Brussels, he served as a parliamentary aide to a Member of the European Parliament, as an economic and social advisor to the President of the European People’s Party (EPP), and then as an advisor in the office of the European Commissioner for Research, Innovation, Youth, Education, and Culture. In France, his career path took him to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, where he served as technical advisor (economics and budget) to the Regional President, and then to Paris, where he served as deputy director of research for Les Républicains, and later as diplomatic advisor to two ministers—Higher Education & Research / Gender Equality & Fight Against Discrimination. Jules holds a degree in European Governance from the IEP in Grenoble and a degree in International Relations from the University of Kent.
