Gabriel Préguiça

With degrees in public law from Panthéon-Assas and Panthéon-Sorbonne Universities and in management from EM Lyon, Gabriel joined Image 7 as a public affairs consultant in 2026. After serving for one year as a deputy parliamentary advisor in the office of the Governor of the Bank of France, Gabriel held several positions in French and European institutions, notably at the European Parliament as a policy analyst in the public opinion monitoring unit of DG COMM. He also gained experience advising local government officials, labor unions, and nonprofit organizations, notably through his work with an organization advocating for the rights of asylum seekers in France.

Image Sept has some 70 employees including over 40 consultants. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds (journalism, finance department, communication department, ministerial offices, etc.) and together cover all aspects of communication and institutional relations.
