Clémence Vermersch

Consultant at Image Sept since March 2026, Clémence specializes in financial communications. She assists listed and unlisted companies in their financial publications (results, preparation for analyst Q&A), their strategic operations (M&A, IPO) and the analysis of how they are perceived by the market. Clémence began her career in London in the Equity Capital Markets team at Nomura, then spent nine years in investor relations at Criteo, Publicis Groupe and Contentsquare, working alongside the senior management of fast-growing technology companies in international environments. She holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe, with a specialization in market finance.

Image Sept has some 70 employees including over 40 consultants. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds (journalism, finance department, communication department, ministerial offices, etc.) and together cover all aspects of communication and institutional relations.
