Delphine Burgaud

Partner and Consultant at Image Sept since January 2010, Delphine Burgaud holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business Law from Paris V. She first served as an adviser to the UMP group in the Senate, where she was responsible for social affairs and social security financing, before joining the Prime Minister’s office from 2007 to 2010, where she managed relations with the Senate.

Her expertise covers parliamentary procedure, taxation, highly regulated sectors, as well as the media and cultural industries (cinema, audiovisual, music, publishing, theater, etc.). She also serves as an ethics officer with the HATVP. A participant in the 63rd national session on “Defense Policy” at IHEDN, she is also a graduate of the National Advanced Studies Program for Economic Development (21st national session), organized by the Ministry of Finance in partnership with Paris Dauphine-PSL University.

Image Sept has some 70 employees including over 40 consultants. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds (journalism, finance department, communication department, ministerial offices, etc.) and together cover all aspects of communication and institutional relations.
